We would like to welcome this new program into the preschool.  This program is all about fitness and nutrition education for preschoolers.  A certified Fitness Specialist, Miss Jamie, will exercise with the children once a month for each age group.  The children will work to master their FUNdamental motor skills, improve their level of fitness, and continue to develop cognitive, physical and social skills.  This program is a supplement to what we teach here at the preschool.  There are different themed activities that will challenge and enrich your children.

We are so excited to bring this program to the children.  LET’S BE FIT AT PRESCHOOL!
